Kleinfeld Bridal, the world’s leading destination for brides-to-be, recently opened the doors to its brand-new, 35,000 square foot luxurious flagship store in Manhattan’s Chelsea district. The store boasts every possible top-of-the-line amenity that a bride-to-be could wish for when shopping for her wedding gown, and Kleinfeld spared no detail or expense creating the ultimate experience for both its customers and its staff.
The new Kleinfeld flagship store features the following services and amenities:
General Store Facts:
- The store is 35,000 square feet, spread out over two floors
- 19-foot cathedral ceilings
- 2,400 square feet of specially manufactured clear white mirror… all the lead and green tint has been removed.
- More than 1,500 unique styles of designer wedding gowns
- State of the art music system with five separate music zones
- Largest custom sewing workroom in the tri-state area accommodating more than 90 seamstresses, beaders, pressers and fitters.
- New 10-passenger handicapped-accessible elevator and beautifully-decorated stairs to travel between floors
- State-of-the-art Railex storage system, the largest of its kind, ensures error-free shipping and receiving procedures

- Custom-made Austrian matte nickel chandelier with 21 quartz stones and 21 candles
- Murano glass sconces along the walls
- 19th Century, seven-foot, hand-carved Tuscan reception desk in main lobby
- 19th Century, six-foot, hand-carved Tuscan reception desk in lower level lobby
- Residential millwork featured throughout the salon and on fitting room doors
- Custom-made, 100-square-yard rug inset into Italian stone floor of lobby
- Custom-designed wrought iron railing marks an elegant balcony and other lobby areas that allows for the display of the latest bridal and eveningwear fashions on mannequins
- Antique Italian furniture purchased from famous estates
